Hello Sorry for the late update but my hosting company moved my websites content from older servers with failing hard drives causing videos to not show up or error for some one the site. These have been switched out for a new much faster server 2 weeks ago this should get the 4k and VR downloads to show up for everyone once this last few months of debugging debugging and optimization. When they did this it created 3 big errors. 2 or the 3 have been resolved which where me being unable to access the website content control software and not having working FTP access to it. Now that these 2 have been corrected I am able to give access to the billing company to repair the login file which I hope it will be taken care of as soon as possible.
